  • Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations should be made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Failure to cancel within the stipulated time may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as per the agreed terms.
  • We accept payment via iDEAL, credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and popular mobile payment apps.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Health and Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before availing of our services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it unsafe or unsuitable for the client's health condition.

  • Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

12. Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients are entitled to cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking without incurring any charges. However, cancellations made after this timeframe will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price.

Rights and obligations

The Health and Lifestyle form describes the rights and obligations of clients in healthcare.

The Health and Lifestyle form is important for everyone who comes into contact with health care. When a massage therapist examines or gives a massage to a client, there is an agreement. The law is intended to strengthen the position of clients who need health care.

As a healthcare provider, Up Fit & Massage practice is bound by this agreement. For this reason, we would like to explain to you more about these rules.

Duties: What must the client do?

In addition to rights, clients also have obligations:

  • the client must inform the care provider properly, honestly and fully about his problems.

With the right information, the healthcare provider can make a faster and better sports massage treatment and provide better care. The client must cooperate with the care provider as much as possible and follow advice.
